S & G Gas Services specialise in the installation of Baxi high efficiency boilers, either combination, sealed system or open vented. Baxi have a good professional back up service for all of their boilers which also includes a warranty of up to 10 years with an option to extend it if required. We can replace your old ineffecient back boiler or wall hung bolier with a new A Rated condensing boiler in gas or LPG. New energy efficient controls will also be fitted to control your heating & hot water to help reduce your fule bills.
Our Baxi boilers come with a 5-10 year warranty with a same day callout from a baxi engineer if there are any problems.
We will service your boiler each year to make sure that your warranty remains valid.
Central Heating Installations
We can also provide a design service to install a complete new natural gas or LPG central heating system to suit your property. This would be complete with a high efficiency boiler, compact radiators, thermostatic radiator valves & controls to fully heat your home.
Boiler Warranty
Once a new or replacement Baxi boiler has been fitted by ourselves we register the boiler on-line with Baxi. This then automatically actvates your warranty and also registers the boiler so that a compliance certificate can be issued as per the regulations. These will all be sent to you a few weeks after completion. The boiler must be serviced annually by ourselves for the warranty & priority customer call out by Baxi engineers.
We will notify you by letter when the service is due. You can contact us at your convenience to book the service in. If the annual bolier services are not kept up to date or you go elsewhere to have the boiler serviced you may void the warranty. Also if further works are carried out by others on the system within the warranty period and they do not carry out flusing of the system or adding the correct inhibitor again this will also void the warranty.
