We carry out landlord gas appliance service work and certification on rented properties, a legal requirement that has been effective since 1996 for all natural gas & LPG appliances. We currently provide this service for a number of local landlords and letting agents.
Gas certification is only provided after a full appliance service has been undertaken ie boiler, gas fires, water heaters etc.
We provide the service for a number of local landlords as well as landlords around the world. We are only an email away and they have the knowledge that we will look after their tennant. Our loyal landlords are treated as a priority in the event of a breakdown or fault. We keep the current certificate in case your copy has been mislaid, we are happpy to forward a copy.
A Service Includes
